News from CSS: Hawksley SGS Wall Tie Replacement Scheme
We are pleased to announce a partnership between CSS and a local housing authority refurbishment programme.
CSS have completed phase one of a major programme for Severn Vale Housing in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. In October and November 2009 we replaced failed wall ties in 39 1950’s concrete framed properties on schedule and on budget.
This involved using nearly 5,500 Helifix ResiTie fixings to connect masonry to the structural concrete frame.
Phase two will commence in the new year.
