Description: As part of an on-going improvement programme by Severn Vale Housing, CSS were contracted to replace failed wall ties in these 1950’s concrete framed properties.
39 houses were completed on schedule in phase one of an ongoing scheme, using nearly 5,500 Helifix ResiTie fixings to connect masonry to the structural concrete frame.
